CHALLENGE 1 - MONA LISA

We are so excited to welcome you to our very first Three Muses challenge and we hope you like our first choice of theme.

Is it because Mona Lisa has one of the most famous faces in the world, or is her enigmatic smile the reason she so often features in altered art?

Whatever the reason Mona Lisa, or her enigmatic smile, is our very first challenge theme.

The size and medium are your choice, it's your interpretation of the theme we are looking forward to seeing.

Don't forget to post a link to your blogs so we can all see your artistic creations.

So without further ado your inspiration this week is Mona Lisa by Taluula. Have Fun.

  6. Hello muses! Thank you for inviting me to be part of your challenge. I have to say first off that as much as I love seeing your artistic pieces that you come up with (you're SO talented!), I've never attempted anything myself. I'm not sure I can be as creative as you all are. I'm not making any promises, but I might give it a shot. We'll see how it goes. ~Lori

  63. LINK

Leonardo da Vinci, in a Renaissance version of Mad Magazine, may have painted his famous Mona Lisa in a number of ways, including nude. Now, a painting has surfaced that looks much like the original, sparking debate over just how far the master took his iconic painting.
