Take a Word - Seashells

One of my most pleasant memories is that of collecting seashells on a family vacation in Fort Meyers Beach, Florida.   I put my treasures in the sun on the steps outside our unit.  One of the shells kept getting moved.  It took a day or two before I discovered I'd inadvertently collected a shell that was home to a hermit crab!   We still laugh about my "walking shell" !!  I hope this challenge conjured up pleasant memories for each of you!   See my blog for credits.   ....   Bev

The Three Muses Challenge - SOME LIKE IT HOT - Warm Colours

Our theme for this week is Some Like it Hot - Warm Colours.  I have gone overboard with red, orange and yellow!  The quote is attributed to Picasso and it has a ring of truth to it.  We may not be destined to be a Picasso or a Rembrandt or a Van Gogh but we can still dabble and it is a great way of relaxing and forgetting the everyday problems.  You can find my blog HERE - no credits this time as this is all my own handiwork.
